Advisor – South America

Alex has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, having held international management positions, including in Latin America, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. While working for Schlumberger, he gained extensive expertise in operations, engineering, sales, commercial and project management across exploration, development, production, and capital-intensive oil and gas projects.

Since 2016, Alex has continued to work in the energy sector and advisory roles, while also building a strong presence in financial services, investment banking, and capital markets in Brazil and South America. Alex has been involved in the leadership teams of two XP Inc. Investment Advisory registered offices that manage a combined R$9 billion in assets.

Alex holds an MBA in Executive Project Management and a Master’s Degree in Innovation and Technology.
