Significant M,A&D transaction experience in the sector across a range of geographies on behalf of clients including, JX Nippon, ONE-Dyas, Dyas B.V., Serinus, Madison Petrogas, SDX Energy, Discover Exploration, Sasol Petroleum International, Petrogas E&P, Africa Oil Corporation, United Hydrocarbons Corporation, Signet Petroleum, Vegas Oil and Gas, Eaglewood Energy Inc.

Previous experience as a petroleum engineer working for both Schlumberger and Expro North Sea. Held a number of different roles and was based in a variety of locations across Europe, Africa and the Middle East,

Paul has a 1st class honours degree in Environmental Science, and a MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot Watt University. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the European Petroleum Negotiators Group.
